Great technician and service guy!
The work was done quickly and the people were easy to deal with.
Exceptional service and very friendly and helpful staff.
My husband usually handles the service, so this was a first for me and I was very impressed! Quentin stepped in as soon as I arrived. There must have been a communication error, because he had my appt in the system as the following day. However, he said theyd get me taken can of. Multiple folks from various areas of the dealership checked in on folks in the waiting room. Very impressed with the service.
The work was going to take about 2 hours so they immediately took us where we wanted to go and brought us back when done. No sitting and waiting. That was awesome. Thanks Rooster

Oil change done on time, and trim clip was repaired, as well. Oil change was pricey, but it's pricey anywhere you go nowadays. I prefer having the dealership do it while I'm in the warranty.
They found the problem immediately! Friendly staff, nice waiting area. Will be going here for all future service, and not where so actually purchased the vehicle.
This was my 3rd visit with Evansville Hyundai and I can honestly say that I've not experienced any better service than what they offer. They always go above and beyond for all my Hyundai needs!
