Just had my home exterior painted by CertaPro. We had their in-home color consultant, Lori Kennedy, come out to help select the paint colors. Her insight was so valuable, as selecting paint is not my forte. Will and his crew arrived on time, were professional, and did a great job. The house looks fresh and new, and we are very happy with the results.
We just hired CertaPro Painters to paint the outside of our house. They did a fantastic job. They are everything you want in a service company..great customer service to start, fairly priced, do what they say they are going to do, work with the customer when issues arise and you are left happy with the results. Matt and William are great guys, they gave us a very reasonable price and did a fantastic job. And they finished the outside job in just 4 days. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to paint the inside or outside of their house. Before and after photos to follow.

Just had a couple of bedrooms painted by William and crew today. They did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed exactly what was to be painted, were very friendly and efficient and finished well within the time frame initially indicated. We took bids from a few painters in the area and CertaPro gave us a great and competitive quote. The man who gave us the quote (Nathan maybe?) was really nice and noticed things that others hadn't. We spent most time working and communicating with William. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was very generous and understanding. I can't rave about him enough. Just had my home painted and I can't express enough how content we are with the results. They arrive on Saturday and completed the job on Sunday. Their attention to detail and professionalism was impressive. My wife can be hard to please, and if she is thrilled, you know the company deserves 10 stars. We had a great experience with CertaPro. Mike, who came out to give us the quote was a great communicator and provided us with a detailed thorough quote. Our job included exterior wood repair and exterior painting. William and his paint crew did an excellent job from start to finish on the job. He was also a great communicator and was really nice. His crew was efficient and skilled! Our house looks great and we're happy with the final product.
We moved here 11 years ago.....have had CertaPro do painting jobs for us at least every few years - at least 6 times now. Nathan Pflaum has been our contact. I'm going to do a review which is long overdue. I have had CertaPro painters of Austin do a couple of jobs for me over the last several years. The first one was a very small job of matching paint that was damaged in an air conditioning leak incident and the flooring and some of the drywall needed to be replaced. They needed to match the paint to what was existing, replace and repaint the trim after the flooring company replace the floor.
