This company was recommended by our real estate agent. We paid a premium price for a poor quality product. There were streaks on every door because they didn't use enough coats. They left paint all over our floors. They didn't use painters tape, The trim is sloppy, with paint left on window sills and areas it shouldn't have. There are plenty of painters out there. Stay away from this company.

We had a wonderful experience with CertaPro. Mike was our contact for the initial estimate and was so helpful and informative. My husband and I are first-time homeowners, so we knew very little about paint work. Really appreciated Mike walking from room to room with us talking about any repairs and paint that could be done. Furthermore, the estimate was exactly what I had ballparked and matched the research I had done, so I know their prices are fair. I had three bids and Matt with CertaPro was the lowest. I had a large job with about 3500 sqft of house to be painted on the interior. This included walls, all doors and all trim. On the first day two guys showed up along with the Production Associate. I asked how many others were coming. I was told just these two guys. I can not say enough good things about Certa-Pro. They did an amazing job. They showed up when they were scheduled and completed in the time frame projected. Even after the job was completed, one guy came out to inspect and he found things I didn't even notice (very small issues). He had his crew back out there and they corrected everything. Even did a little touch up on something that was not in the scope. Very easy to work with.

I had a good experience from start to finish with CertaPro. Granted, the representative who gave me the bid for the job, Matt, came with good recommendation from friends. And he lived up to my expectations. I really like the fresh, clean look of the outside of my house. The painters worked long, hard hours like a fine tuned machine, with no wasted time. I would definitely recommend hiring this company.

CertaPro came out and painted three bedrooms in my house. The crew did a great job! They were able to repair a hole in the wall and another in a door, and all three rooms were painted and perfect by the end of the day.

I own a restaurant that I closed early in order to have our painting job done. Was called by the company early in the day to confirm painter would come by to get paint sample. When I showed up at 6:30pm, no one was there yet. Waited till 7 before I called to see where the painter was. Was told he would check and call me back. Called back and said flippantly that his guy wasn't coming. UPDATE!!! 7/20/18 Brian came to the house and looked at the work done. He agreed that they definitely needed to make it right. Miguel can't and he touched up the cabinets and trim work. Everything looks much better now. Hopefully the touch ups hold. I'm upgrading my stars now. Thanks for fixing this, CertaPro. Hello! After collecting three quotes for service I selected CertaPro to paint the interior of my home, walls and ceilings. I provided paint color selection for all walls and ceilings. My selection process was based on the following criteria: 1) cost; 2) reputation; 3) consideration of my home during the process; and 4) timing. CertaPro was the low bid.
