Andrew was a true professional...very meticulous about taking my cabinets apart and making sure the job was done right! He and Les worked together and were very professional. Les was great, too, but Andrew really went above and beyond! When he put my cabinets back together, one of the hinges wasn't working, so he went to Home Depot and got another one and fixed the problem. I would definitely hire them again! Unreliable. Scheduled an estimate, waited, nobody showed up. After I called, the receptionist told me that she cancelled my appointment. She explained that she tried calling to inform me but had the number written wrong ( I did repeat the number twice to make sure they have it). After I asked how can they cancel without the client's confirmation, she just said they have limited resources and can't accommodate everyone. This in not the business that instills confidence. Since I moved to my new house I hated my kitchen. Those old looking oak cabinets were making my home look like from 80s. We even tried to sell our house and we received a lot of bad comments on our kitchen. We took our house from the market and decided to update our kitchen. I called CertaPro. My husband set up this job and met with everyone, but I wanted to post them a great review because everything came out so great! We wanted to get the interior of our house painted (the main living spaces, bedrooms - we just left out the 2 bathrooms, closets and our washroom). I hope I can write a fair review regarding my experience with CertaPro. My experience with them wasn't the best unfortunately and I do not feel that this company is as professional as they claim they are committed to being. I had issue with how they did their work and the painter's attitude. Nathan from CertaPro and his team just painted the complete interior of our brand new house and did a phenomenal job. The crew was friendly, thorough and asked questions to understand the details of the painting job. We had coffered ceilings that I wanted painted a certain way and they made it happened for me. It was a big job and we had some time constraints which the team met and exceeded by completing the job a day ahead of schedule. CertaPro has done two jobs on the interior of my home, and they've both been consistently good. The only reason I didn't give it five starts is because the painters who did the first job were inappropriate and rude--particularly when one of them asked me how "someone like me" could "afford" a "house like this." The work was great, and the initial estimate was wonderful. Maybe train the painters in customer service.

Be careful. We did not get the type of service we were quoted. Had 2 rooms, and all our wood cabinets (kitchen and 2 baths) painted. Two painters showed up, and a job site supervisor never did, as we were told. The main painter had his own way of doing things, didn't want to put on the second coat were were quoted, and seemed anxious to get out of here on the fourth day. I want to give tI recently had an entryway and hall painted by CertaPro Painters. I have waited a few days to make sure I can accurately relay my experiences. The initial visit to assess and bid was good. I was surprised, however, by the high bid, but they had gotten excellent reviews on Yelp. I scheduled the job.
