Matt and his team were very professional and put out an excellent final product. They started and finished on time. Our house looks amazing on the inside and out. I would highly recommend Certapro.
This is my first Yelp review because I haven't experienced service good enough to take the time to write a review, until now. Yesterday I had my entire Condo painted on the inside by CertaPro Painters. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were meticulous when it came to taping and papering to protect my floors, doors, trim, etc. I work from home, so I spent the day just keeping myself and my two dogs out of their way. John, the owner, came out and personally looked at the work and we were able to reach an agreement to resolve the issues. They came out later that day and a crew will be here this week to take care of the issue. I really appreciate John taking the time and the interest to personally come out and look at the issue and talk to me about it. At the very least, customers want to feel that they were heard and John took the time to do that and I appreciate that.

Greg, I am truly sorry that you are unsatisfied with our service. Unfortunately, the type of problem you are experiencing is not one that is covered under our warranty. There is a good reason for that. Drywall cracks are most often caused by construction defects (foundation problems, poor stud or drywall design, etc). Without going beyond the area of our expertise, I do not know of a method that can stop cracks associated with these types of problems from reoccurring. If I did, I would certainly pursue it. Hands down the best painters in town. A crew of 3 gentlemen completed a large interior job (including base boards) in one day. When I moved into my house in Round Rock, the paint and walls needed some professional attention. I met with John Bunnell and he conducted a thorough walk through of the house and the work required. John went out of his way to capture all the details and explained exactly what would be required to make the paint look like new. yelp is freedom to speak of your mind of experiences. I never received a notice that anyone was coming to my home, so to me they came unannounced!!! I have always told my teen NEVER to open the door to strangers!! There was trash left everywhere, and the music was very very loud. But the cherry on top is when they left my dog out, and when confronted they shrugged and said sorrry.

This is categorically untrue and an egregious accusation that needs to be removed. Shame on you for trying to perpetuate such a lie. Here are the facts: our company was hired to paint BOTH SIDES of this duplex. This tenant didn’t respond to phone calls or repeated knocks on their door announcing our presence and the need to work on their 1/2 of the backyard.
