John, the owner, came out and personally looked at the work and we were able to reach an agreement to resolve the issues. They came out later that day and a crew will be here this week to take care of the issue. I really appreciate John taking the time and the interest to personally come out and look at the issue and talk to me about it. At the very least, customers want to feel that they were heard and John took the time to do that and I appreciate that.
Hands down the best painters in town. A crew of 3 gentlemen completed a large interior job (including base boards) in one day. They were on time, professional and left our house cleaner than it was when they began painting. I have recommended CertaPro to family and neighbors. If you want a job done right call CertaPro today!
When I moved into my house in Round Rock, the paint and walls needed some professional attention. I met with John Bunnell and he conducted a thorough walk through of the house and the work required. yelp is freedom to speak of your mind of experiences. I never received a notice that anyone was coming to my home, so to me they came unannounced!!! I have always told my teen NEVER to open the door to strangers!! There was trash left everywhere, and the music was very very loud. But the cherry on top is when they left my dog out, and when confronted they shrugged and said sorrry.

I've used CertaPro exclusively to do interior and exterior paint jobs on my house since 2010. They painted the exterior of my house in 2010, and they just finished painting it again this past week (2023). The same CertaPro reps have been with the company a long time. They produce detailed quotes that make it very clear what they will deliver, and they have always delivered what they promise.
