I had my exterior of the house, garage and another building painted and the team did a great job. They were actually contacted me 4 days ahead of the scheduled time and ask if they could start the next day. They finished the job in 3 days and cleaned up very well. I was very happy with the results.

Exceptional company to work with - from estimation, to having the job completed, it was an absolute breeze. 10/10 recommend! They are $5 more but $50 in value.

I recently managed a whole house remodel project for the owner - after a water damage/interior flood problem. Two contractors were involved, one that handled the insured damage area and one to handle the non-insurance part of the project. Certapro handled the latter and did a great job on the interior. Matt was the estimator and was exceptional to work with. Nathan gave us a great qoute to paint the interior of our home and was professional throughout the process. The two painters assigned to our project were artist. They arrived on time everyday day, and cleaned up everyday at the end of the day. At the end of the day, it was like they were never there but the areas painted were wonderful. I cannot rave enough about the professional way the job was handled. I have never been treated so well by a contractor. This is a great company. I recommend them highly.

They got the job done... barely. I got the distinct feeling the paint crew were first-time brush holders. I expected them to remove the wall plates *which they did not* until we requested it. There are some blank patches where you can see the old paint smiling through and some of our ceiling lines are crooked. Bottom line is we wouldn't use CertaPro again and wish them the best as their staff gets up to speed.

CertaPro is really hit or miss on what they deliver. The work they did on our house took a lot more micromanagement than I would have expected. Personnel: The designer was fantastic 10/10. Sales person: 5/10. Was confusing on the varying different types of paint and the sheen. I actually didn't have it confirmed what type of sheen was being used till about a week before the job started. He was responsive when I called to ask things so would give him points for that. When we decided to use CertaPro Painters for our brand new home they promised us two things: great communication regarding the project and cleanliness. They could not have undelivered more if they tried. We had our home painted the week of May 10th and there are still spots that need to be touched up but we will be doing those ourselves because we are sick of dealing with them. They did a great job painting my house. The main painter (Eric) was a no show the first day and last the day after. He finally completed painting the exterior of my house on the second week. He was supposed to come back and replace wood and paint my back door. After 3 weeks he is still a no show. He life all his trash and paint cans on the front porch of my house. I don't think I would recommend this company.

They did a phenomenal job painting the interior of our home. Greg did our estimate, and was so friendly and respectful of our home. We had a fair estimate and even a second estimate just to clarify exactly where we wanted the job done. We talked over colors extensively, as well as paint qualities that would hold up to an active toddler. Ricky (our painter) was beyond fantastic.
