CertaPro Painters of Austin deserve all the kudos I can give them. From the first call with Marcy, to the consultation with Matt, to the painters themselves, it was easy, professional, and near perfection. The cost was so reasonable; the painters finished before they said they would, and the job they did looks wonderful. The quote they gave me for my exterior walls and two interior walls were well below that of their competitors. The painters were professional and did a wonderful job. My walls look amazing, fresh and ready for holiday guests! The work was completed within the time frame specified, even though there were a few bad weather days. I will definitely be using them again.

Hired CertaPro painters through Costco. They painted the external of our house. They showed up at the scheduled date, completed the job in 2 days as scheduled. Everything went smoothly without any problems and paint job looks pretty good. They also followed up with a phone call and an online survey to make sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction.

I had a very positive experience with Certa Pro. They were communicative, easy to get a hold of when I had questions, courteous, and professional. The job was very well done and finished on time. I had the painters patch and fill a bunch of nail holes B and I made in the ceiling (don't ask, its a long story). They did a spectacular job even though it must have been a real pain in the ass. Painting the exterior of our home made me positively neurotic. I obsessed about colors, fretted over details like which parts of the trim and fascia to paint a contrasting color and which not to, had a zillion questions about paint types, warranties, etc., had to ask them to work around a roof repair, a garage door replacement, and a front door replacement, and generally was kind of a pain(t) in the butt to deal with. John and his men power washed and repainted/sealed our deck this week, and it is so rare that someone does what they say they'll do, within the time frame agreed upon, at the proposed price, and with such great care. Loved them from the moment Matt came to my place to give me a bid. These are guys are professional, caring and highly skilled. Ask for Scott and Aisha to do your painting. They did my whole house flawlessly. It looks so awesome and I am sooooo happy.

I also don't post reviews often but really felt I needed to give these guys the credit they deserved based on our very positive experience. We hired the CertaPro crew for a long-overdue exterior paint job. The project not only required scraping, priming and painting a very tall two-story house but we also had to replace a number of boards that had dry rot.
