These folks are very good. Had a custom office built, with floor to ceiling built-in bookshelf and matching desk. The price was fair (not cheapest but not most expensive either) and the quality was good. But the biggest complement I can give was on installation. Very professional and accommodating.

Nope. i will give this company not one red cent. After trying to submit an inquiry online (with my name address, and a description of the project online), the scheduling tool would not allow me to make an appointment. I clicked have someone call me instead. This was a Wednesday. I immediately received rapid fire text messages, asking me for my address (which made me uncomfortable), and also several phone calls, and two emails also asking me for information I had already submitted. Ikea quality and look with high prices. Staff is very professional and act like you will get from an elite company until you express slight dissatisfaction. I can't stop looking at the wall unit I got them custom make and think why I paid $5000 for an Ikea wall unit. It would probably cost me $600 from other resources. There might be good at building closets. But for wall units nothing really special.

We had California Closets install cabinets in our garage and in our home two years ago. We had a great experience at the time and even though the prices were a little higher than others we thought the level of service was worth it. We were also told that we could move our garage cabinets in the future if our new garage was compatible with them. Love my new garage cabinets! Great experience from start to finish! Heather Records was fabulous to work with! She responded to my concerns immediately and made great suggestions (LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Fusion Track!). I had a design within days of our first consultation. The customer service is second to none! Trish was such a pleasure to work with. Building our closet from scratch, she made us at ease during what can be an overwhelming process. It was a good exercise to take inventory of what we had so that she could properly suggest hanging and folding space for all our different types of apparel. I have so much appreciation for this outfit. They donated the most beautiful closet for us homeless folks here at Helen's Place. Thanks to their kind generosity, we now have a closet full of beautiful clothing items to choose from to rebuild our lives with dignity and grace. I am glad we used this company. Lily Nagy is our design consultant and she us amazing! Her design and expertise was so appreciated. The scheduler, Angie Gonzalez, and her supervisor, Bonny Thavorn, were so accommodating in moving our installation date. They are all so professional! And let's not forget the installers, Steven and Juan, who were so fast but they did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again for future projects!

Dealing with Tracy Anderson was a pleasure. She made several adjustments happen after install that were necessary due to my changes. This resulted in my total happiness with the end results. California Closets installed shelving and drawers in a large (six door) master bedroom closet, and shelving, drawers, and a safe in an office area. Great products, good installers, and we particularly like our safe.
