What a great experience! Our rep was Antonio, he was very knowledgable, patient and helpful with ideas for my closet. The wait for our closet was tough but so worth it! The quality is great and the installers were early on the day of install. They very polite and took extra care to be clean and respectful of our home..... Their workmanship is amazing and we love it!

Called CC through Costco. Rep that came out was pleasant. She suggested we install suspended built in for our kids closets stating that suspended built ins allows me the flexibility to vacuum the carpet. The quote for 2 kids closet was $3,500 but through Costco, I will receive a discount of 10%. Which means I get a $350 Costco gift card. I later learned that NO reputable closet companies built suspended built ins as it is dangerous in earth quake country and in a child's room. Let me start by saying that Mindy is just wonderful. She really knows her stuff. We originally had California Closets come in a few years ago and install new closets in three of our bedrooms. So when my husband said he was going to call Mindy to get some ideas for our garage, I thought "closets"? Well it wasn't like that at all. We had a whole wall of wasted space with crapped out shelves. Now it is beautiful. We repainted our garage white before the installation and we had white cabinets put in. Bad customer service, planning needs a lot of improvement Placed an order for 3 items: 1 small closet, 1 window seat and 1 fusion wall for my garage to hang my bikes. 1. Took 8 weeks from the day I signed the contract to the installation date. I have been planning to remodel my pantry for some time and have done a lot of research on line. I finally narrowed my choices down to a few locations and decided to have some preliminary discussions before wasting my time and that of the designer. I drove to Cal Closets in a Walnut Creek and noted that they had business specific designated parking spots so one would think they actually expected to have customers. Amazing experience! Ask for Heather! She was amazing :D She came over, and made sure I would be happy with my closet. She designed it on the spot and made sure it would meet my needs. It takes a while but it's worth it. They make sure all the materials are in order and ready to go. The installment was fast and efficient. The whole experience was amazing and I absolutely LOVE my closet! :DDDD Would definitely recommend to everyone!!

My wife and I had a closet installed in a spare bedroom and the entire process was great!! Our designer , Nicole, was tremendously efficient!! She was able to show us the entire layout in 3D on her laptop minutes after taking all the measurements herself. The installer, Fatmir, was on time, clean and efficient. Total install time was about 3 hours, I highly recommend them!!!

We are ecstatic about the wall bed Doug Laher at California Closets designed for us! I saw a design in a magazine and Doug was able to create exactly what I wanted. We were so happy with the design as well as the installation. I can be a bit of perfectionist but the guys who installed it did a fantastic job. They worked hard and were meticulous in the installation. The bed, surrounding bookshelves and drawers look great! We will definitely recommend them. From start to finish they are the ebodiment of professionalism!
