My closet looks beautiful and I love to organize so the system is perfect for me. Bob the designed and Josh the installer work well for me and take care of all the details. They want to provide 100% satisfaction and do not leave without it. I'm completely sold on the product and service. This is my second home I used CA Closets for service, they do not disappoint!

Love my new shelves. They look great in my office. Everyone was very professional and did a great job designing and installing a unit that fit my needs. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire process. (Score 10 out of 10)

We recently had California Closets install our MBR walk in. This home is a teardown/renovation and honestly it is still a painful process almost 2 years later! However, Diane at CC was so great and patient with the mess and re-schedules, etc, the whole experience was a pleasure and the closet is perfection! We asked our installers if they would finish our home please!! Don't waste your time. This is a really poorly managed local franchise (this review is based solely on the chicagoland locations). There are so many other closet companies who will do a much better job for you that there is no benefit to hiring california closets in the chicagoland area. Just google closet systems and you will find several other equivalent options that will be substantially less expensive without the headaches.

We worked with Kristin on remodeling our master bedroom closet to remove the standard wire shelving with more useful shelving and hangers. Kristin came in and showed off her grand experience in how to best use the space we have accounting for shelving large enough for sweaters/pants, various lengths for hanging shirts to longer dresses, shelving for shoes, and nice looking laundry bags compared to the everyday plastic laundry basket. California closet has transformed my closet into a shrine. They have made my dream closet into a reality. All the workers installers are all professional, and the quality of work was excellent. They also made my son a wall cabinet along with a Murphy bed and that turned out amazing. We want to thank Katherine for her vision and expertise in designing our closet and wall units. And of course Leslie the owner for her ideas and support on this project.

Very customer-oriented. Got a great price on closets, had some install issues, however they really bent over backwards to make it right coming out for a few trips and never stopped trying. I would gladly recommend them and I've had positive experience calling them for some additional wood to match for other projects. They delivered with no issue and even wanted to cover it on them just to keep the relationship. Thanks!

Roberta did a great job in quickly determining the best course of action for a new master bedroom closet structure. The installer was prompt to the minute and worked quickly and neatly to finish on time. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this companies work to anyone wanting a great closet organizer solution
