We worked with the Brighton (MA) CC location. "Top Shelf" is absolutely right. Chloe O'Keeffe was our designer for several bookcases in our home and shelving in our garage. Her work was outstanding. She has a terrific sense of style but most of all is practical and flexible. The installers were also terrific - we did this in stages and had several installers, and all of them did outstanding work and were consummate gentlemen. We asked California closets in San Francisco to design and build an office work space for us that would also house our theatre AV system. We wanted a modern look in a tight space and a specific budget. We met with the designer MK. She listened to our requirements for the computer and the printer space and then individual spaces for various AV equipment ( about 12 separate areas). I had my bedroom closets and laundry room designed by Erica Heath and the experience was wonderful and easy! I really had no idea what I really wanted other than the fact that I wanted it to be clean,organized and off the floor. Erica made several suggestions with finishes and design that were important to me. Her design also allowed for changes as my kids grow into the house. I had excellent design work from Sydne Keller, a polite and efficient installation crew, and wonderful follow up.They really stand behind their products and I would use them again.Yes, California Closets is pricey, but because their system is so well-honed, I got better design and product in the end, with their materials, options and accessories, than a custom cabinet maker would have given me. We recently moved into a new condominium in Boston and used California Closets to build out five closets to maximize storage space. Every element of the process was perfect. Easy to schedule he initial appointment, great design suggestions quickly, easy construction that was on time and on budget. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time we've worked with the California Closets Brighton showroom, and the experience was wonderful. Chloe is an expert designer, and really listens to what you need, but adds her expertise for an amazing finished product. She knows how to maximize storage space in city apartments so you get the most out of your closets. She also designed a beautiful wet bar and build in shelving in our living room. I had California Closets install systems in all of our bedrooms and they were amazing! I am able use all of the space in my closets and everything is so organized! They were very responsive and professional. My salesperson was very helpful and worked closely with me to design every space to best fit our needs. I would highly recommend them.
