OMG So glad we decided to go with California Closets. I couldn't be more happy with them. We did 2 room and a little different in both.LOVE LOVE THEM. I have a few friends that will be using them soon. Thanks for a fabulous job. We where told it could take up to 8 weeks. Our closets ended up being easy peasy so they where installed in 3 weeks. Happy camper.

Love my new closet- highly recommended! I used California Closets in NJ, so knew how great a good closet can be. I called for an appointment and was contacted pretty fast. I already knew what I wanted it to look like and Roland designed it with his very cool computer software. Next, chose color of wood and I decided that I did not want doors. Very seamless project with gorgeous results and quality/sturdy construction. Michelle Gion made a gorgeous design and the space is so much more efficient now!
Our sales person, Scott, was professional and knowledgeable. He showed us options and gave us suggestions. The show room was great because we got to see the actual product. The installers were on time, courteous, and also very professional. There was one door with a slight flaw in the wood grain that they felt was not an acceptable standard and had a replacement ordered, and came back and installed it in a timely fashion.
We met numerous times with Kristel. She was wonderful every time. After many design meetings we had to choose to go in another direction b/c of logistical issues. Regardless, we would chose California Closets again for amazing customer service and great design.

Had a custom closet installed. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. Jay was the installer and made sure that everything was just right. Mariana was our salesperson and was sure to communicate with us along the way. The closet was installed when it was scheduled.
I had 3 different closet companies come out and discuss my closet project and give me a proposal on how to lay out the closet for maximum efficiency and pricing. One company did a nice job with the layout and the designer worked at my house giving me a hand drawing of her concept. Another company took the details and sent me the layout at a later date via email. I had that company came back and re-work the layout because I didn't care for the layout. Great experience. It can be an overwhelming process because there are a lot of options. I appreciated the advice and patience of the sales associate during the consultation. The installation went smoothly too with the two associates arriving on time. They were very polite and did a great job cleaning things during and after the installation.
