Very good service, highly professional and seems to be good at what they do. The technicians were very courteous. The checkup report was all digital sent to your email with all details about the check up added with pictures. I would highly recommend them.
We bought our house last year and realized our son's room wasn't receiving any airflow so it was always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. We called the A/C Doctors Wednesday and they scheduled us for Friday. The technicians arrived on time, checked out the issue (which required maneuvering through our tiny attic), and had everything fixed up in no time. Great service and very friendly!

They called my tenant 4x and showed up on the appointment for 16 minutes, before leaving because my tenant did not respond to the door. They offered to go back and do the service again.
The A/C Doctors were first class. Gerardo came before the window of time quoted... which i GREATLY appreciated. He came took pictures and made sure I knew what was going on. Once I signed off on the work the was extremely efficient and was done in about 15 minutes! I am grateful for his speed and his professionalism! Amazing young men, super intelligent and experts in the heating and cooling industry. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely hire AC Doctors again should any issues arise. Over the years, I have observed a significant decline in their services. Recently, I have also noticed a considerable drop in customer service. Consequently, I will need to seek a new service provider in the near future. Beware

If you want to be harassed daily with constant, unwarranted calls, voicemails, and text messages, this is the company for you. It's a real shame because the technicians seem to be knowledgeable and do good work. Unfortunately, their customer service department is relentless. Even after asking them to stop contacting me, they continue to reach out multiple times a day, from different phone numbers. Do not use this company - They charged me to replace a capacitor over $400 - which is a $30.00 part. That means their labor was over $400. They say their prices are "honest and filled with integrity". I guess the customers can make that decision on their own.
