I called last night and they offered to send someone. I asked them if they could send someone today and they did. They called back, let me know by text when my tech was on the way, with a picture of him, and he showed up shortly after. I had Nathan and he was awesome. Professional, helpful and explained everything. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Customer service from office, scheduling and my tech were all top notch! Thank you!!
Our AC suddenly started blowing air that was not cool around 6PM last night. I immediately began to assume the worst and was afraid I could be looking at spending thousands on a new AC. So very amazing! I called Ac doctors at 10am, they had a red out by 3pm and my ac was fixed by 5:30pm! Just in time for an important meeting I had scheduled in our office! Thank you so much AC Doctors!
Our AC broke on a Sunday afternoon and we called our regular AC maintenance company. The earliest they could send a tech was going to be Tuesday. So I checked Yelp and quickly found AC Doctors. I was impressed with the 5 star reviews and immediately called them. They had a tech out within 30 minutes. The tech (Jose) was very efficient and diagnosed the problem within minutes. This review is for an installation on 5/16/18. A/C Doctors are the BEST. They showed up on time (actually a bit early) and had the entire A/C system in my condo replaced before lunchtime. All three guys were very polite, courteous and cheerful. They showed me how to use my snazzy new thermostat. It's chilling down nicely! FIVE STARS, highly recommended!
Miguel was awesome! He came out to my house same day to look at one of my units that wasn't cooling. He found that the last person to service my AC did some really sketchy stuff and he fixed everything up in less than an hour and my unit started cooling right away! Miguel was very knowledgeable and professional. I'll be using A/C doctors from now on.
Just last year I had my A/C serviced by another company chosen by a home warranty company I had. Worst experience ever, took 1-2 weeks to finally get things fixed, pretty sure there was fraudulent charges they tried to get past on me until I called the home warranty company to investigate. No urgency from them at all during the peak of the summer. So when my A/C went out again this year, I did my research and chose wisely. So happy I went with A/C Doctors!! Best decision. These guys are amazing. I've used them in my rental home and my own home over the past 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. Most recently, Gerardo, spent over 6 hours diagnosing our AC correctly and saving us a ton of money. He was incredibly professional the whole time. I will use this company for all of my AC needs.
