I hired them in May, 2022 based on all the great reviews, but I would give them negative stars if I could. I specifically wanted my fan motor replaced and I told the lady on the phone that the fan motor was screeching. The tech came to my house and did nothing, but of course, collected his service fee. While they were prompt and able to come out the same day to fix our A/C, I am VERY upset with the amount charged. They claim a service fee of $75 which is waived if you have them do the repair. I should have given them the $75 and replaced the $15 dollar capacitor myself because they charged me $388 to replace it and that price is after waiving the service call charge. Called to have AC looked at for one zone being hot while the other two were working fine. The first tech that came out insisted that our ventilation was built incorrect and our house was ten years old. Second AC tech along with the first came back and still insisted the ventilation was wrong and needed to be built correctly. Please do not use this company!! Have caused us a lot of time, stress and money!! They do not stand behind their warranty that i have in writing. After paying 4,000 for an air conditioner the person THEY hired to install never gave anyone the warranty card and never filled out so they say NO warranty!! I had my AC go out at night this past June. AC doctors did answer my call quickly at night and was able to schedule me the next morning. This was my third time using them but I can say it will prob be the last. Although they were responsive I feel like I was ripped off. It was $650-$700 to replace a capacitor! Of course I agreed to pay as I had to have AC since this June was horrible with the heat. Since then I have had time to shop around and realize I paid near triple what it should have been. They cAme to give me an estimate on a train compressor. He called back a day later and said my trane was not under warranty. The unit is 6 years old. He said I would have to buy a new compress for 3000 dollars. I called trane and was told the ax was covered till 2025. He lied. ddon't use this company.

I explained to the girl on the phone how my AC is blowing cold air, it just seems to be struggling to get my small condo down to the temp I desire. She then agreed with me, this is not an emergency situation.
