Installers - Luis, Alex, and Vidal we're quick, quiet and respectful, perfect installation. Salesman Justin was again Courteous, respectful,knowledgeable and extremely competitive. Altogether A/C doctors will get our business the next time we need help.

We have used them for a few years now to service our 14 year old unit. They have always been very communicative, prompt, professional and never pushy. Even when it was very apparent it was time to replace our unit, they gave us the pricing options and let us decide without trying to lead us down a particular path or sell us something we done want or need. They are always available and very responsive.

I had some concerns that the HVAC company I'm under contract with (Farnsworth) was being less than honest when they recommended I have $800 worth of things fixed/serviced on my HVAC unit. I called A/C Doctors for a second opinion as they have a good reputation and good reviews. They did a thorough checkup of my system and found that only one item was a legitimate repair. We had a new a/c installed in July of this year, the whole process was amazing. When we received the bid it was very fair, they showed up the next day and installed the unit. The installers were very professional and did a great job. The follow up they do is amazing. Could not have found a better company to work with.

A/C Doctors is the company to get when you need things done!!! I came home to a leaking laundry room and garage. I called my insurance and A/C Doctors was contacted. I told them I only had two days before I had to fly out again. They came in, accessed the damage and immediately started working the same day. The following day the came and took the blowers away. The gentleman that worked with me were very kind and helpful! Very good and hard working men! Exceptional service!!! Thank you, A/C Doctors!!!!

Highly recommend, we were scheduled in the same day that I called, within a few hours. A nice feature they provide is sending a text message prior to arrival with a photo of the technician. Julio, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and operation of the system. Everyone I spoke with at the office also did a great job handling any question or concern that we had.

We had a problem with our AC not cooling below 80 during the summer. The AC company who installed the unit kept telling us our system is working great and it must be something else not related to the AC. So we thought to get a second opinion from AC Doctor. When calling to make the appointment, the receptionist was nice and had wonderful customer service skills. My appointment was made early that same week. My 18-year-old AC system finally gave up the ghost in the middle of July, and I was dreading having to replace it. Shelling out thousands of dollars to a company you've never had to do business with before is always scary, especially in the AC business, where you expect to be gouged in the summer. I have to take a minute to give the biggest 5 stars I've ever given. I can't say thank you enough to this incredible team. This is one of the most professional groups you'll come across, from the first minute of your experience.
