I absolutely could not be more satisfied with the service of R.J Groner. Myra was so helpful in scheduling an appointment to fix our central AC. She is very friendly and understood the situation we were going through with another company we dealt with, which had no idea how to fix our problem. John R. Was the tech that came out to our house. He was so knowledgeable and took his time diagnosing and explaining everything to us. We would not hesitate to ever call them for help. Definitely the best company in the Poconos! A+++++

This company has provided me with excellent, courteous service and great value. When I initially moved into my new house last winter my heating system was not working. My propane provider recommended R J Groner and described them as very reputable. They certainly were and got my system running in no time. I cannot thank them enough.
