Letting me know the estimate before work was done, with a possibly that it would not be the final total. I appreciated this very much. He found the problem and everything is working fine. 🔥 RJ Groner did an amazing job. We were interested in GeoThermal. Their rep Jeff patiently walked us through the process and expenses even though he knew it wasn’t the right thing for our home. He then talked us through the latest greatest Bosch Heat Pump system which can still generate heat when it is 5º outside!! This thing is like magic! It feels so good to not be reliant on oil anymore. RJ Groner is the best. I had no heat and hot water on Tuesday. They were here within an hour. Found the problem right away. Went and picked up the part I needed and was back in 15 minutes. The tech had it fixed in a half an hour. He checked to make sure everything was working correctly and was very professional. Thank you RJ Groner

They are knowledgeable and showed up the same day I called. I highly recommend them.
Brandon came, checked it out and it needed a new fan motor. took about a week to come in. they called to reschedule for today between 8-12. came about 9, took old motor and fan off. was unable to get fan off of shaft as it's like 40 yrs old. took back to shop, no luck, so he took it too a plumbing store and they were able to heat it and get it off with a machine puller. He came back about 1130 with assembled unit and put it in , had to make a few minor adjustment, and hey presto, started right up and runs better now wi... read more
