Wayne P was amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable , and courteous. From the moment he arrived he explained each step of the process with me. Not to mention in a way i could understand. Wayne stayed until the last minute of set up continuing to help us set up the WiFi on our control panel. Then when it was being tricky, he called and HE held on with customer support until he fixed it 100%. I will recommend them every chance i get.
We have been using R.J. Groner for years with excellent results. John R., the technician who visited us, not only located the problem promptly, lightning strike damaged a PC boad), but he also was able to solder in a jumper to bypass the defective circuit which brought our BUDERUS boiler back into operation. We had hot water while waiting for the replacement board, which arrived promptly. John R. is the professional you wish for when your system breaks down and the Groner staff is friendly and competent. Excellent job!
