🔥 RJ Groner did an amazing job. We were interested in GeoThermal. Their rep Jeff patiently walked us through the process and expenses even though he knew it wasn’t the right thing for our home. He then talked us through the latest greatest Bosch Heat Pump system which can still generate heat when it is 5º outside!! This thing is like magic! It feels so good to not be reliant on oil anymore. RJ Groner is the best. I had no heat and hot water on Tuesday. They were here within an hour. Found the problem right away. Went and picked up the part I needed and was back in 15 minutes. The tech had it fixed in a half an hour. He checked to make sure everything was working correctly and was very professional. Thank you RJ Groner

Brandon came, checked it out and it needed a new fan motor. took about a week to come in. they called to reschedule for today between 8-12. came about 9, took old motor and fan off. was unable to get fan off of shaft as it's like 40 yrs old. took back to shop, no luck, so he took it too a plumbing store and they were able to heat it and get it off with a machine puller. He came back about 1130 with assembled unit and put it in , had to make a few minor adjustment, and hey presto, started right up and runs better now wi... read more

Mike and Shawn were the installation technicians that installed the AirEase unit. To my surprise, (good not bad), the old Rheem unit was taken away. Well done! The technicians were extremely courteous, excellent, and very professional. The installation went smooth and if you happen to have them do the work, you won’t go wrong. As promised, the new thermostat was also installed. We’re very pleased & we highly recommend RJ Groner Co.
