R. J. Groner has been servicing my furnace and a/c unit for the past 8 years, and I am very pleased with the technicians and the work they do, as well as the efficiency of the office staff. Everyone is very courteous and friendly. John serviced my furnace in a timely manner, and he took the time to answer my questions, which I appreciated. The only down side to the appointment was that he arrived 7 minutes before my 4-hour window expired. I have used RJ Groner for a number of years and have had complete satisifaction. The staff is curtious and respectful and highly professional. Howard was just out to service my boiler and he did a wonderful job. I have and will continue to highly recommend RJ Groner.

Howard came an hour early (10 am) to fix a kitchen sink leak, garbage disposal and dishwasher...very professional and explained what was being done all the way thru...would use again..

Although the process was very long, in the end, I could clearly see why. There was so much involved, but these guys got it all done and could not have been nicer. They vacummed everything up after they were done and left everything clean and tidy. They explained everything fully to me and demoed the system and thoroughly checked it out. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks, Groner for a job well done.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. The men were very neat workers. I have always been pleased with any work was done by Groner. Your can always depend on them.
