On 10/31/23 I went to ************** Jiffy Lube in ******* ** for a ****** flush. ***** suggested a spark plug change was due and so I agreed. After 2 hours and several staff trying their hardest to get one out, even busted up his hand trying (I was sitting in the car the whole time) I t was finished....at least I thought. Today I took my vehicle in for an oil change.Afterwards I drove less than a block and *low oil pressure* light came on.Checked the dipstick and it was dry. CRANKCASE EMPTY..Drove back and all they could say was SORRY. Do not do business with these people ever. Take your car to the dealer.
Went for routine oil change in *******, ** Jiffy Lube broke the oil pan/seal- did not replace when they broke it. Engine leaked for a month without me knowing until it rained and I saw an oil trail- there was a significant amount of oil that leaked out causing my truck to burn oil. My engine started knocking due to low oil. The manager came to my house to add oil and to discover that it was in fact leaking. He overfilled my engine with oil which is the worst thing you can do.
