If I can leave zero stars on this business I would My daughter went for an oil change came home told me her car was scraping on the ground meanwhile the jiffy lube she went to is a half hour from our house. had a terrible experience at this Jiffy Lube location. I went in with my A/C working and left with no A/C at all. They charged me twice for the same service, gave me misleading advice, and instead of fixing the issue, they made things worse. I trusted them with my vehicle and now Im left with more problems than when I arrived. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountabilitywould not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and reliable service
This store has yet to reimburse our issue. We came to this location and trusted they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, they left the skid plate hanging off. It was scraping the bottom of the ground when being driven. We were told to bring the car back to the location and they would Put a new plate on. I visited Jiffy Lube for a routine brake service. The next morning, on my way to work, I noticed a rattling sound coming from the bottom of my car, only to discover that the pins were not reinstalled after the brake job. As days went by, I began experiencing issues with losing brakes
Been coming here for years. My most recent trip was a bait and switch. I told them I only wanted a basic oil change with standard reg oil. I get the invoice at the end they said its $70 with the $10 off coupon. I ALWAYS get 5W-30/40. I told them I asked for reg they said no I didnt and said they gave me what I got last time I came. Last time I came in it was march 2nd 2024 and they charged me $49 with the $10 which was standard reg oil. So basically the tech lied to me twice. Jiffy Lube sold a cabin filter to my girl friend when she stopped at there *************** site. Her car is a 2021 ***** with ***** miles... there is no way this car needed a cabin filter that cost $51.99.... they took advantage of a lady who isn't aware of a vehicle maintenance needs.
I had my oil changed at the ********************************** location on June 18th, 2025. Less than a month later, my Jeep began leaking oil and showing a low oil pressure warning.I brought the car back on July 15th, and the staff confirmed that the oil filter housing plate had been bent during the original service, causing the seal to fail. Bait and switch service quote. Company and location web site offers an oil change service for a quoted price. When arriving at store, quoted service is not offered. Only significantly higher priced oil change options are available.
Just a little loyalty scam. We've been taking our vehicles to this Jiffy Lube for more than 15 years. After being told a specific discount would apply when I requested the cost of the service up front I was told that my loyalty points as well as my senior discount would be applicable. WHAT A SCAM. After the oil change was complete I was told that my vehicles my number as well as my license numbers were no longer in the system. there are three or four previous Jiffy Lube stickers on my front windshield.
