BEWARE!!! WHEEL FELL OFF AFTER TIRE ROTATION. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER ********************** AFTER.I've always taken my cars to Jiffy Lube for oil changes and tire rotations, and have had good experiences until this one. Went in for an oil change the next week my engines check engine light appears saying that there is 3 different codes showing from jiffy lube not replacing my oil using old oil not changing my filter. Went back to confront them nd they were very disrespectful very rude and didnt wanna tell me there boss info

As a repeat customer for nearly the last year, I can confidently say we will NEVER be returning with my teenage daughter's vehicle.After a coolant flush, my jeep was running extremely hot. Took it back in, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and had them swap my rad. Pulling out of the shop the Jeep was throwing a code. One of the techs pulled the code, CLEARED the code, and did absolutely nothing to resolve it. My car was brought in for a simple oil change. The technician either didn't replace the engine splash shield or he didn't secure it and it fell off. They offered to make it right and then went silent. Now an oil change I couldn't barely afford has turned into major car repairs for me. I can't even locate the part by myself. They ruined my car and won't help me fix it. This location is notorious for hiring inexperienced technicians. My father in law had his internal computer compromised from an oil change here as well. Went for an oil change. Did not have an oil leak at all prior. After the oil change, my car was leaking puddles of oil. When I returned, they stated the leak was already there and preceded to give me an estimate with wrong name, car and license number with $1000 repair cost. Took my car to another mechanic and found out the techs at jiffy lube stripped the drain plug. This is unacceptable business practices.

Dangerous Negligence and Complete Lack of Accountability Im writing this review because my wifes experience at this Jiffy Lube could have ended in a serious accident. She went in for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation. During the service, the technicians noticed that several screws on the skid plate were loose yet failed to tell her before releasing the vehicle.Within minutes of leaving, the skid plate came loose and dragged underneath her car while driving on the freeway. After spending $569.50 for various services at my last visit to my local Jiffy Lube on 19 September 2025, I recognized an oil leak from my vehicle. I took my car into a family friend's automotive shop in ********* for him to take a look (I suspected foul play from Jiffy Lube at this point). RUN FAR AWAY-THE BEST OIL CHANGE YOU CAN BUY AND HEY SCREWED UP MY ENTIRE ENGINE, HYBRID. $21,000 OF DAMAGE TO MY 2 YEAR OLD CAR WITH 26, 000 MILES. IT IS SUPER FRUSTRATING TRYING TO GET THEIR INSURANCE INFORMATION AS WELL.
