Been coming here for years. My most recent trip was a bait and switch. I told them I only wanted a basic oil change with standard reg oil. I get the invoice at the end they said its $70 with the $10 off coupon. I ALWAYS get 5W-30/40. I told them I asked for reg they said no I didnt and said they gave me what I got last time I came. Last time I came in it was march 2nd 2024 and they charged me $49 with the $10 which was standard reg oil. So basically the tech lied to me twice. Jiffy Lube sold a cabin filter to my girl friend when she stopped at there *************** site. Her car is a 2021 ***** with ***** miles... there is no way this car needed a cabin filter that cost $51.99.... they took advantage of a lady who isn't aware of a vehicle maintenance needs.
I had my oil changed at the ********************************** location on June 18th, 2025. Less than a month later, my Jeep began leaking oil and showing a low oil pressure warning.I brought the car back on July 15th, and the staff confirmed that the oil filter housing plate had been bent during the original service, causing the seal to fail. Bait and switch service quote. Company and location web site offers an oil change service for a quoted price. When arriving at store, quoted service is not offered. Only significantly higher priced oil change options are available.
Just a little loyalty scam. We've been taking our vehicles to this Jiffy Lube for more than 15 years. After being told a specific discount would apply when I requested the cost of the service up front I was told that my loyalty points as well as my senior discount would be applicable. WHAT A SCAM. After the oil change was complete I was told that my vehicles my number as well as my license numbers were no longer in the system. there are three or four previous Jiffy Lube stickers on my front windshield. On May 31, 2025 I dropped my vehicle off at Jiffy Lube in *********** at 8:00 AM for a state inspection. I was told service would begin by 9:30 AM. I received a call at noon stating the car was ready, but upon arrival, discovered it was a different vehicle. I was told mine would be started right away. After 30 minutes of waiting, the vehicle had not moved. I sat and listened to the group swear and curse out a previous client for over 10 minutes. Also, the place stunk like pot. The group was lax, and I have no idea if they did what they were supposed to because they were all too involved in yakking back and forth in the office. I will NEVER go back again
Went to get an oil change. Everything was fine (of course, got the usual upcharge service pitches about the dire condition of my car) but what really irked me was the final bill when I learned that I was charged $6.99 for the extra 2 oz. of oil beyond the allowed 5 quarts in the already high $49.99 service as well as an unadvertised $6.99 "shop supply/waste disposal fee." That was an unanticipated extra $14 charge or more than 25%! They've lost me as a customer. I'll be going elsewhere next time.
I have always had my pickup at this JiffyLube. I dont really know what with this last visit . There were two vehicles in the building when I pulled up to the door and was told to open the hood and follow the attendant to the waiting room.After 50 minutes the vehicle in the ********* was pulled out and a large commercial van was pulled in . Finally my tuck was entered and 15 minutes later my vehicle was pulled out out.I guess it was a bad day.
