Scam alert!!! Went to jiffy lube Seaford to do a New York state inspection. The *** said bring the car into the bay which I did and told me to take a seat inside the room. Not even 5 minutes later he comes to me and tells me that the vehicle is all good and that he checked everything and that in order for me to pass the inspection I need to flush the brake fluid. Great service for this business! Needed a tire balance on my f150, as I was on the road traveling cross country on I 80. They did it in about 45 minutes, as a walk in.
I had gone into my local Jiffy Lube for a first-time oil change on 2/16/2026 in which I was not impressed.The woman, *****, attending to my auto did not do the full, complete 21-point inspection check. She only added washer fluid and changed my oil. Also, some of the information on the report/receipt given back to me has been falsified as well such as me declining air pressure in my tires. I went in to Jiffy Lube of Seaford back in December 2025 for a tire rotation and cabin air filter change. The customer ********************** was awful from start to finish. Additionally, they removed all the caps while performing my tire rotation and never put them back. I had a separate issue with my fairly new 2024 vehicle that I was trying to see if it was connected with my visit. On November 29, 2025 I took my 2013 ****** Pathfinder in for just a regular routine preventive measure of changing the transmission fluid. Upon arriving I was quoted the wrong pricing but still agreed to have the service done. After having to wait over 30 minutes the process was done. I left and later that night I was out driving when my vehicle would not engage at the traffic light. Recent service of my vehicle resulted in the moving a part to access the oil filter. They broke the line and instead of telling me which I would've gladly paid for they masked put the car back together, which resulted in thousands of dollars of damage.When I attempted to contact the manager, I was told there was no one there by that name, even though I have a voicemail with that person name. We are currently attempting to recoup the damages.

BEWARE!!! WHEEL FELL OFF AFTER TIRE ROTATION.
