I had someone come out and wanted to charge me over $650 for a service in which they claimed my Home Warranty company didn't cover. I still had to pay $100 service fee to my Home Warranty Company, to have them not complete the job claiming it wasn't covered. When I called Roto Rooters (much larger company). They fixed for less and they said the issue would have been covered under my Home Warranty if Her's and His Plumbing had they done it right. My service request was for 2 leaks, one for toilet and faucet, both in my second bathroom, the plumber who arrives stated that he couldn't fix the faucet leak because it was specified as sink in his work order. So I called the office to inform them of the situation. They told me I need to place another request to get the faucet fixed because faucet and sink is 2 different things. I will never do business with this company again and do not trust them at all. This company was called out by my home warranty provider to fix a leaking toilet. But instead of properly diagnosing the problem, the plumber made just a visual inspection of the leak then made up a story about what he thought caused the leak.
