I went between 4 and 5 stars - would definitely use them again - so gave 5 stars. They came out quickly to give me a quote and then were able to schedule the painting for the ceilings very quickly. The painters who came over were very professional and nice. They were able to finish the job in 1 day and it looked great. The only little issue I had was that they got paint on my dresser, fan blade, and curtain - but luckily it is a water based paint and came off when I pointed it out. I requested a video conference using their site to get a quote on painting a backyard pergola. I received a confirming email with a date and time. The appointment time came and went and I never received the call. Nor was there a follow up email. Oh well, the search for a painter continues.

They did a great job with my fence. It hadn't really been maintained prior to our home purchase and they made it look brand new. We were pleased. Good communication and they gave us the best quote of the 3 companies we contacted for estimates.

They never did what they were supposed to do , they were supposed to fixed the paint job the owner took the check promised to come back fix it but never returned are calls

POOR CUSTOMER SEFVICE! I had my deck painted in the spring of 2020. My spring 2021, the paint was peeling. I called about getting it repainted, and received POOR response. Phone calls were not answered, messages were not returned and email resulted in no replies. Eventually, the inspector visited the house and promised a repaint; a date was scheduled. I've gone back and forth between 2 and 3 stars. It could easily go either way, but since I would never use these guys again, I end up with 2. Had them paint exterior home. Let me start with the good: the end product was fine. The two star rating really reflects the "process" of getting to the end product. The process was poor. The "project manager" who gave the quote was prompt and courteous. But once you sign the contract, it all changes. We needed the exterior of our home painted and Jeremy came out to give us a quote in July he was considerate to walk around the house with me to carefully assess the job. Their service to repair cracks, patch up holes in the stucko, and the wood damage on the side door needing repair was all included. Our two story house also has wood siding that needed painting. We hired CertaPro of Carlsbad to paint the interior of our home. The initial consultation was thorough, and there were pictures and details for us to reference throughout the project. There were no surprises throughout the project, and everything was completed within the timeline and cost outlined. The painters arrived on time each morning of the project, and they did a great job. Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous.
