I've gone back and forth between 2 and 3 stars. It could easily go either way, but since I would never use these guys again, I end up with 2. Had them paint exterior home. Let me start with the good: the end product was fine. The two star rating really reflects the "process" of getting to the end product. The process was poor. We needed the exterior of our home painted and Jeremy came out to give us a quote in July he was considerate to walk around the house with me to carefully assess the job. Their service to repair cracks, patch up holes in the stucko, and the wood damage on the side door needing repair was all included. Our two story house also has wood siding that needed painting. We hired CertaPro of Carlsbad to paint the interior of our home. The initial consultation was thorough, and there were pictures and details for us to reference throughout the project. There were no surprises throughout the project, and everything was completed within the timeline and cost outlined. The painters arrived on time each morning of the project, and they did a great job. Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous.

The interior painting project is completed. They did a very good job. However my 3 star rating is based on poor communications as previously noted in my prior evaluation. Communications did not improve much over the last few days. The scheduler is new. He did not ever tell us the truth. We demanded a fully vaccinated painter or painters against COVID-19 since both my wife and I are in our 70's and have health issues. We are repeat customers with CertaPro. This week they came to paint our bathroom and vanity. Jeremy provided a quick and a reasonable quote and helped us select coordinating colors. Tanner and Francisco arrived on time, worked efficiently, communicated directly, AND they even used quiet voices with our reactive dogs. I couldn't be happier with the refreshed bathroom and will return to CertaPro for our next painting project.

JJ and his team went above and beyond. We needed the exterior of a rental property painted fairly quickly and they did a great job, JJ had amazing communication, they finished on time and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!
