We contracted with CertaPro of Carlsbad to paint nearly 300 feet of fence which frames our home. Carol Ann, the project manager, was knowledgeable and helpful in in steering us in the right direction for the product best suited for our needs. Within a day they were on the property, Prepping by covering plants, and power washing. The subsequent day they were hand scraping some of the more troubling areas. CERTAPRO Painters were contacted for an estimate to paint my two wood garage doors. I requested bids from two paint contractors and CERTAPRO was the best priced. I received a bid for sanding and painting the doors, however, I changed my mind and decided on sanding and staining with varnish. This of course meant more sanding, etc. CERTAPRO worked with me and was reasonable in their quote for the extra work. I was pleased with the result and appreciated the courteous customer service.

Carol Ann was my go-to contact for this project and she was awesome, very communicative and thorough. Our painters J.C. and Jake were very courteous and they did a fantastic job painting and cleaning up. The job finished with a walk-through to make sure everything was done correctly. Both painters touched up areas beautifully and we are very pleased with the finished result. Will definitely use CertaPro again in the future.

Gotta give a huge thumbs up to CertaPro of Carlsbad. When I bought my current home, it quickly became obvious that the previous owner had slapped some ultra-cheap paint on the exterior of the house to freshen up the look....and that fresh look wore off FAST. I thought they would be a lot more expensive than hiring "some guy" but the cost was extremely competitive. We got everything we paid for and more. Garrett was courteous and gave good suggestions about how to keep our costs low. Lenny, Luis and Lupe (or some combination) showed up exactly on time, always had a smile on their faces and worked quietly and efficiently. No music (not that I mind) and little talking.
