Michael Josh is a great guy. He definitely steps up and wants your business! His painters are great and finish the job! We had some miscommunication- due to 4 people in charge on my end and 2 on his- no problem for Michael Josh. Everything was changed, done and they all went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished the way it was supposed to be. Thanks again guys- I definitely recommend you!

Michael and his guys just finished an almost total repaint of the interior of our semi-custom home in Encinitas. We've used many painters in the past but have never had such a great crew or outstanding finished product. They were friendly, efficient, meticulous, and very careful around our brand new wood floors. They fixed a bunch of goofs the last crew left. Michael Sacora was a no-show today. I had a 12:30pm appointment and at 1pm I called the office and asked what time I could expect him. The put me on hold for a minute and then told me the got his voice mail and asked him to call me. At 1:30pm he still had not called or texted me to say why he was late or what time he would be getting there for the appointment so I sent him an email letting him know I was leaving and that I thought it was incredibly rude to not show up for an appointment and with no communication. 100% satisfied with CertaPro Painters! Michael has amazing follow up and wants to make sure his customers are happy! We worked with Michael, Arturo and crew and everyone was great. Michael showed up on time for the consultation and was honest and up front. He was easy to get a hold of via phone and email throughout the whole process. The painters patched up some areas that needed stucco and completed painting the outside of our house, deck and fence in four days and did a great job. Took them 2 months to give me quote then they disappeared, when they returned they changed the entire job and quote. Never want to do business with these guys, not professionals !!!

Certapro painted the interior and front of my house. Michael was on time and on budget. When we added more work he did it right away. The job was left clean and exactly what we discussed. If there is anything that wasn't perfect, it was difficult to contact him prior to the start of the project. But, we're all guilty of that occasionally.
