I cannot recommend JJ and his team enough! I had an urgent project for a rental on short turn around and he had a small opening to fit me into. That short notice may not always be possible, but he did everything he could to accommodate. It's COVID Time, and we did all of our communications online/over the phone. We have used CertaPro twice most recently to paint the entire exterior of our house. They did an amazing job! We are thrilled with the results. Jeremy, JJ and their entire team were totally focused on making sure we were happy with the results. They are friendly, easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend them.

From the initial meeting with Jeremy until the finished result, I was very impressed with the service from CertaPro. The price was extremely competitive and I am glad I selected CertaPro. Since we purchased our home last year, this is the second time we have used CertaPro Painters (their office is located on Loker Avenue in Carlsbad). Michael Josh is a great guy. He definitely steps up and wants your business! His painters are great and finish the job! We had some miscommunication- due to 4 people in charge on my end and 2 on his- no problem for Michael Josh. Everything was changed, done and they all went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished the way it was supposed to be. Thanks again guys- I definitely recommend you!

Michael and his guys just finished an almost total repaint of the interior of our semi-custom home in Encinitas. We've used many painters in the past but have never had such a great crew or outstanding finished product. They were friendly, efficient, meticulous, and very careful around our brand new wood floors. They fixed a bunch of goofs the last crew left. Michael Sacora was a no-show today. I had a 12:30pm appointment and at 1pm I called the office and asked what time I could expect him. The put me on hold for a minute and then told me the got his voice mail and asked him to call me. At 1:30pm he still had not called or texted me to say why he was late or what time he would be getting there for the appointment so I sent him an email letting him know I was leaving and that I thought it was incredibly rude to not show up for an appointment and with no communication.
