The painters were good, and that is what we wanted. BUT the inside office has some weakness. Called us late Sunday nite to say they had to delay our project for a full week, not the next day, and of course we had already moved EVERYTHING for them to start. Ugh! And do NOT pay for the job via their credit card site. It clearly says FREE service for payment, but they charge a 3% service charge, and that 3% adds up for a big job. Very pleased with the sales follow up and painting. Eric and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. Melissa in sales was great to work with and JJ the owner came out to answer questions we had. Will use them again for the interior.

Israel was thorough, meticulous, and incredibly friendly and professional. He ensured our satisfaction at every step, paying close attention to details. He did an outstanding job prepping the house and keeping everything clean. Our house looks fantastic! We will definitely reach out to Israel for future painting projects. It was a pleasure working with such an honest, hardworking young man with a great attitude. I highly recommend Israel.

Needed to get the interior done quickly as our original guy flaked and we had carpet waiting to be put in. Contacted Certa through the website. JJ, the franchise owner, got back to me within an hour and did the estimate the following day. Very knowledgeable and good communicator. Painting started 3 days later. We wanted to repaint the trim on our stucco house. Our neighbors had used CertaPro of Carlsbad, and so I got a quote from them in addition to only reputable painters. Our Estimator, Jeremy Ridgeway, was fantastic, helped choose a very high quality paint, and the bid was competitive with the other reputable painters. Jeremy and Jessica are very nice and very professional people to talk to regarding painting. We highly recommend to everyone who are looking for a painting job, they are very honest.
