I wrote a review earlier about this company, however, I didn't mark any "stars" so the review appeared as a "not recommended". Josh & his team deserve all 5 stars for the outstanding job they did on my home. Hope all of you check the "not recommended" page because I wasn't the only one to make this mistake.
The folks at CertaPro Painters are consummate professionals. I have been referring them to my clients (I am a Realtor) for several years and never hesitate to give them my recommendation. I will absolutely continue referring them to my clients and look forward to the next opportunity to view their incredible work.
I appreciated the great response from Josh in helping me to quickly repaint two bedrooms for a new roommate. He went the extra mile for me in also completing a paint job I was doing in my living room but had given up because the ceiling is a bright white and I didn't want to make a mistake. All looks great and I appreciated the super service.
I had the pleasure of working with Josh Sacora of CertaPro Painters of Carlsbad and his two painters. Not only did they take the time to discuss what was important to me but they delivered professional, quality service in the time they promised. I had called three other painters; one didn't bother calling back and two no-showed on the appointment. Because of this I valued and appreciated the customer service and quality of work.
In response to John- Yes we received a gift card for the plants and yes Lupe painted the doors. But my whole issue was the lack of consideration from the stucco crew. Why would they not cover the doors? Why would they tramp through the flower beds thinking that was ok? That is not simply being imperfect people but rather incompetent people. Response to the business owner- paying attention to details as a business owner should be key. Learn to read and spell names correctly. I also have to add that I don't "feel" I had that experience. I did in FACT have that experience. I also must add that it's very curious that the offer was for a project that had to be booked in March and I received it on the 17th. I hired CertaPro painters to paint the inside of our guest house and the exterior of our home! Very unhappy with the quality of the work. Also I was told one price for the job and their invoice kept changing due to their billing department? Their salesman was very professional and I thought they would do a good job, paid over $7,000 for five days work. Very unhappy will never use them again!

Scheduling was easy. Meeting with JJ was effortless. The project was detailed and discussed. Chris the site supervisor was accessible and able to answer our questions The painters came when expected and kept us informed although felt the project would take longer than originally scheduled
Our home went thru a 10 month renovation. Due to delays with other trades we had to reschedule the painting 3 times. It was never an issue. There was some miscommunication regarding the texture finish but it was very quickly resolved. Jose Avila and Juanito Arellano were the painters assigned to our job.
