Very pleased with the sales follow up and painting. Eric and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. Melissa in sales was great to work with and JJ the owner came out to answer questions we had. Will use them again for the interior.

Israel was thorough, meticulous, and incredibly friendly and professional. He ensured our satisfaction at every step, paying close attention to details. He did an outstanding job prepping the house and keeping everything clean. Our house looks fantastic! We will definitely reach out to Israel for future painting projects. Needed to get the interior done quickly as our original guy flaked and we had carpet waiting to be put in. Contacted Certa through the website. JJ, the franchise owner, got back to me within an hour and did the estimate the following day. Very knowledgeable and good communicator. Painting started 3 days later. We wanted to repaint the trim on our stucco house. Our neighbors had used CertaPro of Carlsbad, and so I got a quote from them in addition to only reputable painters. Our Estimator, Jeremy Ridgeway, was fantastic, helped choose a very high quality paint, and the bid was competitive with the other reputable painters. I requested a quote from CertaPro and got a very quick response. The price was reasonable and they were able to paint the following day so I decided to go with them. I needed 3 walls (20+ feet tall) painted in our entryway and they did a nice job. Service was great from start to finish. Customer service and communication was also exceptional. From start to finish, working with CertaPro was as effortless as painting the inside of a home can be. Luis Diaz and Luis Chavez make a great team. They were both punctual and personable, but more importantly, they are expert painters. Garrett was personable, responsive and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company!
