Response to the business owner- paying attention to details as a business owner should be key. Learn to read and spell names correctly. I also have to add that I don't "feel" I had that experience. I did in FACT have that experience. I also must add that it's very curious that the offer was for a project that had to be booked in March and I received it on the 17th. I hired CertaPro painters to paint the inside of our guest house and the exterior of our home! Very unhappy with the quality of the work. Also I was told one price for the job and their invoice kept changing due to their billing department? Their salesman was very professional and I thought they would do a good job, paid over $7,000 for five days work. Very unhappy will never use them again!

Scheduling was easy. Meeting with JJ was effortless. The project was detailed and discussed. Chris the site supervisor was accessible and able to answer our questions The painters came when expected and kept us informed although felt the project would take longer than originally scheduled

Our home went thru a 10 month renovation. Due to delays with other trades we had to reschedule the painting 3 times. It was never an issue. There was some miscommunication regarding the texture finish but it was very quickly resolved. Jose Avila and Juanito Arellano were the painters assigned to our job. The painters were good, and that is what we wanted. BUT the inside office has some weakness. Called us late Sunday nite to say they had to delay our project for a full week, not the next day, and of course we had already moved EVERYTHING for them to start. Ugh! And do NOT pay for the job via their credit card site. It clearly says FREE service for payment, but they charge a 3% service charge, and that 3% adds up for a big job. Very pleased with the sales follow up and painting. Eric and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. Melissa in sales was great to work with and JJ the owner came out to answer questions we had. Will use them again for the interior.

Israel was thorough, meticulous, and incredibly friendly and professional. He ensured our satisfaction at every step, paying close attention to details. He did an outstanding job prepping the house and keeping everything clean. Our house looks fantastic! We will definitely reach out to Israel for future painting projects. It was a pleasure working with such an honest, hardworking young man with a great attitude. I highly recommend Israel.
