I sent out a quote for an accent wall to several painting companies on Yelp. CertaPro Painters we're super responsive and made it really easy to talk about what I needed. They came over in less than an hour for a quick quote and we signed a contract then for the completion of an accent wall. Truth be told I bought all the supplies myself and got to the stage where I would start to tape off baseboards and realized damn I'm not doing a straight line, let me call someone. Nope. Your opinion that I'm a liar is interesting, John. Just to refresh your memory, here are a few pics I took of my house the day I got your invoice in email, letting me know the job was done and expecting payment. That was a week before you came out to my house and promised to make it right. Making it right meant sending two guys out - one who scraped the peeling paint that needed to be "touched up", as you put it, and one to paint. The trouble is, the scraped places didn't get painted. We started the job on week one and then the weekend hit which is where week two started. You had added additional work to complete which also extended the job. I needed my fascia, shutters, and trim painted. When I reached out they responded same day to arrange an in person estimate. They came out a few days later to do the job and were right on time. Finished the job same day. Workmanship was great and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough good about CertaPro painters. We have been remodeling our home and the exterior needed paint. My wife went on a mission to find the best painters, interviewed several. We chose these guys and could not be happier with the result. When you have your house painted, you basically live with a paint crew for a week and a half. I advertised on Yelp for painter to paint interior of my mobile home. Within a few minutes Jeff contacts and sets up a walk-thru for the next morning. We have a good walk-thru, he spends a few minutes working on an estimate that is reasonable. He says he can have a team at my place tomorrow morning at 8 am and the job will take probably 3 days. I went between 4 and 5 stars - would definitely use them again - so gave 5 stars. They came out quickly to give me a quote and then were able to schedule the painting for the ceilings very quickly. The painters who came over were very professional and nice. They were able to finish the job in 1 day and it looked great. The only little issue I had was that they got paint on my dresser, fan blade, and curtain - but luckily it is a water based paint and came off when I pointed it out.
