Terrible, terrible, terrible!! Do not get your closets through here. They rush you when you order in person. Then installers are sub par, so bad you would think they picked em up from Home Depot on the way to your house bad. I spent $13,000 on 3 little kids closets. I used CA closets in Cali and they did a fabulous job! But this franchise is garbage. The day California Closets designer came to our home a pair of earrings disappeared. So we requested a new designer out of caution. The reaction of the Manager was to scream at us, gaslight us, call us liars and finally not finish a project. Staci Russell, the Manager is ruthless, she will retaliate against you personally and your property. She is belligerant and was verbally abusive to me. We have an 8 wall master walking closet that we were doing in phases. Our first designer was amazing but she moved to Miami and we got another designer. The day the new designer came in the designer had a suspicious attitude and she even left the companies computer in the closet and left, she didnt even know she had left the computer we had to call her to come back and get. Traveled to store within hours listed both online and on the door. Doors will not open. Called the store and no one picks up.

I've had other closet companies b4. First time to use Cali Closets and my last. They measured wrongly and my pants dragged the ground by at least 3-5 inches in master closet. One rack was so low it was almost funny. Then, cabinet in bathroom above toilet had unfinished area showing next to finished area on both sides that stuck out of the wall. The representative that came out to our home was not attentive to our needs and to what were looking for in our design and as a result the designs did not meet our needs. There was terrible follow up with this company's designer and we never received revised options. For now we will take a pass and perhaps revisit again in the future with a different designer/representative.

Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company. I got a quote for some cabinets in the garage. I was told a different price from what I was quoted, then I was stringed along for weeks to get a quote emailed to me. After I got the quote, they still gave me a different price from what I was told. I kept going back and forth with them until it was corrected. I chose CA Closets because they were recommended to me by a friend who said they were on the expensive side but efficient and competent. All I needed was a sliding door, but as it's in my toddler's room, I wanted to go with someone who could just get it done well so I wouldn't have to think about it.
