This was our second time using California Closets. Our sales associate, Andrea Knoxx was great to work with and made several trips out to our new house to confirm measurements and place meant of electrical boxes. She communicated well and listened to our needs and designed a beautiful; closet system for us as well as a built in bookshelf unit in the den. They called a week ahead to schedule the install and were right on time for the four day install. no mess or fuss. I highly recommend Andrea and California closets.
We had a great experience with CA Closets from beginning to end. Our closet designer was delightlful to work with and came up with a design that worked for us and budget. Definitely made a difference in how easy it is to keep the space neat and organized for daily living.
Excellent experience. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work. All appointments met, cabinets exactly as expected, they look great and no hardware or assembly flaws at all.
Rhonda Ray was awesome. She took the time to understand our needs and design options. We love it!

My design consultant was awesome! She was patient while understanding my needs and provided useful designs that we discussed before finalizing the design I chose. I'm now contemplating custom closets for my other 2 bedrooms and will request Lois Johnson as my design consultant.

I have had California Closets in my home for over 10 years, in several spaces, and I love them just as much today as when they were first installed. The same designer I have worked with throughout the years is now working on a new home office system for me. I have read reviews that suggest they are too pricey, but I have found that they are really worth it for the added luxury the company offers.
We will soon move to a remodeled home with all closets, including a kitchen pantry, designed by Sally Benyola. I enjoyed working with Sally from the first meeting to the finish of installation. She stays on top of the design, order process and installation arrangements. Customer satisfaction is her first priority! Sally knows what she is doing very well. I have been a long-time customer of California Closets. But I'm a savvy customer, I'm not a blind loyalist. Over the years, I have on limited occasions worked with other closet companies and carpentry services (e.g. when we renovated, we used our GC's subs), and have been disappointed. We return to California Closets again and again. We have worked with great CC designers - most recently with Kim Austin who is excellent.
