I can't say enough about the service from California Closets, from the showroom to the install everything was fantastic. Everybody on our project was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On the day of the install the designer dropped by to see how everything was going. Now, that's customer service! The quality of the product is very high and end I couldn't be happier. I want to personally thank Brian, Lois, Derrick and Dominique. They are a great team.

Very easy! Friendly sales. Not at all pushy. Installation appointment schedulers were able to get us in early, and the installer was very polite and cleaned up well after the job was complete. I've already recommended California Closets to a friend. (Score 10 out of 10)

We have a big walk-in closet that we wanted to add shelving and hanging, and we talked to Closet Factory, California Closets and Valet Custom Closets. Lisa, the designer from CC, was very patient and pleasant, but we thought the Closet Factory designer had a far better design. As for the finishes, CC has an enormous selection of materials, but anything that is not basic white or off-white (not textured) is going to cost a lot more. Katharryn Mills-Tierney did a really nice job in helping us design the closets and the layout for our garage. We are very pleased with the Customer Service that we received. The closets in our garage look fantastic! Thank you California Closets!!!

California Closets is all about excellence -- from our initial experience at the showroom until and through installation. They are all about the customer. Each member of the team was punctual, professional, and respectful of our wishes and our home. The designer, Andrea, worked closely with us to accommodate our needs within our budget and the installers were on time and cleaned-up everything prior to departure. Patrick went above and beyond to help us craft the closet of our dreams! Not only did he listen to what we wanted/needed by incorporating our wishlist into the design, he gave us a ton of options that we had never even considered before. It was a super great experience and I would recommend Patrick and California Closets to anyone looking for a bit of organization!

We had the pleasure of working with James Paris for the second time. From the start of setting up an appointment to following through with our design and being so prompt with delivering the contract, made the design fun, not to mention he is extremely knowledgeable. Mindy with her expertise has improved the quality of my life! We had 3 rooms updated with beautiful cabinets. We even put a unit around our bed and were able to eliminate our bedroom furniture- now we have so much more space in our room!
