We were super pleased with the level of professionalism and expertise the personnel of CC had in delivering us a quality closet system. Melody was our sales associate and she has over 20 years in the business. She is extremely knowledgeable and worked tirelessly with us to find a closet system that both worked with our wardrobe and fit our budget. I had James install my closets today. He did one pantry and 2 linen closets. We absolutely love them. Travis was our salesman. He made recommendations that we would never have thought about doing. We used his great ideas. We highly recommend California Closets. Also work was promised to be done by Thanksgiving and it was completed a week early. Another plus.

From the beginning, the attention to my concerns was foremost to those I spoke with. Everyone at the store was friendly. The designer had a keen eye and great sense of style. She is very familiar with the products. She heard and answered all of my concerns. The young men who were responsible for installation were efficient, very informative and professional. They answered my questions and were on time. I would definitely used this California Closet group again.

I have had such a great experience with California Closets. From our sales person, Michelle Roberts, to our installation team. Then lastly, the service guy how came out to check on a few things that the installation people thought needed to be corrected that I didn't even notice. Excellent service, excellent product and I would. It buy from anywhere else. Bravo

We used California Closets for our master closet. We had a great experience at the beginning, working with Paula at their location to determine the best configuration to maximize the space. Based on that, we decided to go with them even though they were more expensive. As the process continued, however, we ran into some issues. When they came to install the closet some of the doors and all of the drawers had been ordered in the wrong size, so it was incomplete for several weeks as they remade those items. My wife and I were completely satisfied with our experience right from the start. Katie was professional and helped us design our closets exactly how we wanted. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is perfect and makes our home complete. We're very happy we decided on CC!

It has been months since my closet has been completed and we have just recently finished our house remodel. after the lighting went in (my closet) i realized i wished i would have gone with the under shelf lighting that i had debated over when designing the closet. i was told from the beginning that if i didn't have the lighting installed into the shelving before they installed the closet that it would be very difficult to add it later. well, i still love my closet, i only wish i would have added the lighting. i had save... read more
