Calif Closets is great! Our entire experience with Ray Higginbotham was extraordinary. Ray is very patient, attentive, thorough, prompt and follows up on everything question, concern or change we wanted to make. Every aspect from scheduling the consultation to installation was handled professionally. Grace was the consultant and guided us through the design process with very knowledgeable suggestions. Diego, the installer, was professional and very efficient. All appointments were accommodated around our schedule and communication was superior. Thank You!
Cherie Gildersleeve was very professional and gave me excellent advice about possible options for my closet..she wasn't pushy but seemed to know exactly what would work for our odd little space. I absolutely love my new closet and my family is having a hard time getting me to "come out of the closet".
Now I see why the ads show people "hanging out in their closets"... I couldn't be happier with mine! My designer, Deb Leb, made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product line and was quick to turn around a design. This is a fun store to go to to browse and get ideas to remodel your closet or bathroom areas. The people are very helpful and they have lots of creative suggestions for storage space. They have very unique storage alcoves and cubicles. The sales people make helpful suggestions on creating custom storage space and you can purchase cubicles premade or they can custom make them for you.
We love our California Closets! Our master bedroom closet and my husband's office closet were custom designed by Sally Benyola. Everything was a quality experience - from the initial consultation, to the finished product, to the installation. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and respectful. The installers were friendly, efficient and knew the product well. They explained the design of the closets and how they can be modified, if needed, in the future. Our experience with the company was excellent!
The experience was fun! Jaws drop when visitors see my closets. Deb was great to work with. She was able to expedite my installation before our move in date. The installers were professional and courteous. We were scheduled for a 2 day installation but they stayed late and brought in an extra person to finish in 1 day. Also, I have to compliment the closet design software that they use. It provides consultants the flexibility to modify designs in real time and recalculate the quote.
