Sally Benyola, the designer, was professional and very efficient. Within in minutes of our discussion of my needs, she produced a plan that suited them perfectly. Likewise, Nathan (I failed to get a last name.), the installer, did a superb job, even installing some trim pieces to finish it off nicely. Thanks to both individuals and to California Closets for having very competent people working for the company. (Score 10 out of 10)

I had the closets done in both my master bedroom and guest bedroom. Cindy was my designer and she came prepared! It was easy to talk to her and explain to her what I needed. She also made great suggestions and even after the consultation she kept in touch to make sure I was ok with the design and also prepared for the installation. I had Earl and Jessie for the installation. Two really great guys, they came and in no time installed the cabinets and were very professional. I definitely recommend them!!

I recently had a wall unit installed in my Master bedroom with 3 goals: increase my storage and organizational options, replace my assortment of mismatched dressers, desks, and video/tv stands, and create an attractive focus for the room. This review is long overdue, my apologies Sally/Mark. This has by far been the best customer experiences I've ever had, hands down! I got Sally's contact information from a neighbor who highly recommended her. Only a couple of days later I was greeted with one of the best designers I've ever worked with. It was great. The designer, Emily, is very talented! Had good suggestions that we did not think of. Love the rope type lights! Very elegant! Very positive experience and everyone we dealt with were very customer orientated and professional. The design was very good and we love the new closet! They were very clear about payment schedule and any points that we could back out if we wanted. Come the day of the installation the install tech called and asked if it was okay if he could show up early. He was very courteous and clear about the time required. I also used California Closets. They got back to me, drew up my plans, then began to implement the construction. The designer/salesperson told me I needed to get an electrician in to hook up the lights, so I did. They didn't work. She was knowledgeable and knew what I would like, so the closet looks good, but not completed quite yet. I just called there to get a new set of keys, for my locked drawer. Designer was wonderful (Lisa Dick) very helpful with closet design, very knowledgeable on company products. Installers did a terrific job. Closets and pantry look AMAZING! Highly recommend your company product and service.
