I have been using California closets for the past three years. Their design team is top notch. They have always helped me make my design ideas a reality. They have also helped me with my business designs. The installers are always efficient and friendly as well. The owners are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone!
We had California Closets organize three closets for us. From start to finish, working with California Closets was a great experience. The design consultant designed each closet on her tablet in real time so we were able to see each design, make revisions, view it again and so on until we were satisfied with the design. I love my closet! Sally was really great at assessing my needs and coming up with the perfect design. Mark is top notch in his closet building craft. I can tell he takes great pride in providing excellent quality work. My experience with California Closets was perfect from beginning to end!
Manon D. came to my house and was very patient with me on what I wanted. I have a lot of clothe and was not going to get rid of any of it. She measured the closet dimensions and she designed the organizer around what I had. She guided me on what would be the best for my space. It made a big impact on the room, I feel like I'm shopping when I pick my clothe every morning. The whole process was felt easy and smooth. She followed thru to make sure I got what I asked, very satisfied.
This review is for the design consultation only: I had 3 estimates for closets, one of them being CA closets. The design consultant, James Paris, was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He was on time, called to confirm appointment, and was very straight forward about their products, pricing, etc. He followed up with an e-mail design that looked terrific. As a second time we use California Closets and we are very happy with the product and the professional install. The people all around from beginning to the end were awesome!
We just had our new closets and garage system installed last week after a long home renovation. I have to say that we LOVE LOVE LOVE our closets. They were the final touch to truly making our house feel like home! Our designer and installers (Gus and Jaime) were great! They kept everything clean and the outcome was flawless!
