Excellent. Loved working with the designer ( Rich Cook) . He is very smart , patient and hardworking. He took time to understand my requirements and worked with me multiple times to come up with the perfect design . I got master and my son's closet done. His installation team Jeremiah and Miguel are very good. Jeremiah lead the installation very professionally and did a very clean job. They mistakenly got the glass doors instead of mirror doors. They came back 2 weeks after the install and replaced to mirror doors and my clo... read more
Wasn't sure what to expect during this experience- I knew that I wanted a closet that met all my needs but I had no idea how to articulate it to the designer , Lucky for me the designer Maria Castro was not only awesome at designing a great closet but also assisting me with a lot of great ideas of how I can get the most out of my limited space. After composing and posting a Yelp review regarding my dissatisfaction with the customer service that I received after purchasing a new closet, I was quickly contacted by California Closets.Unfortunately, after the installation of the closet in my guest room the pre-existing closet door was no longer able to glide on the rail. I am happy to report that California Closets and I spoke by phone and scheduled an appointment for the closet door to be repaired. I began working with Katie on the design of our kid's closets, as well as the conversion of our home office, to a more practical guest/room & office combination. The end result is absolutely stunning, and working with her and the team was a seamless process. The team worked quickly, yet thoroughly, as well as had a great concern for attention to detail. The installation process and crew were also extremely professional, and I look forward to working with them again!
Lindsey was wonderful to work with and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We are expecting a little boy in March and as a first time mom, I had no idea what kind of closet we might need. I love working with California Closets, especially working with Roberta in the Los Altos office. I have done all my closets and pantry over the last 10 years, and just redid my garage and it looks fantastic! They are also very responsive when there is a problem. Would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sally Benyola is the best consultant ever! She recommended the perfect configuration for our closets, 1 master and 1 guest room. The closets looks custom made to match our home, color, hardware, functionality and the small extras all make them POP! The space saver alone is well worth it!! However, I always wanted a closet that was 'special', drawers you can open with one finger tip, pull-out laundry baskets (lifetime guarantee), and hooks in hidden places that make life so much easier.
