On Sunday April 30,2023 the main line from the home to the septic system cracked in the crawlspace. On Monday the 1st, ****** and **** showed up and began the clean up so B&W Plumbing could repair on Monday after noon. At this point in time, all individuals involved were great to work with. Water mitigation began on Tuesday the 2nd. Speaking to ****** on Thursday afternoon of the 4th, he stated the equipment would run the entire weekend to properly dry out the subfloor and floor joists. They took my deposit to do interior construction 4 months ago and never came back to do the job and never returned the deposit. I have since found out they were doing other jobs and ignoring mine. One of the neighbors on one their jobs, said they were rude, threw roofing shingles on their fence from the house they working on and damaged it their fence.= I found out later from another contractor Michaelis will routinely give one price and later come back and try to increase it after contract signed. Michaelis started off doing a good job but near the end of the job they was doing bad work and was not showing up when they said they would. I am now finishing the work they started They rigged a piece of wood and drywall for the ceramic tile in the shower and chalk instead of grout.

A person came out in July to take pictures of the damage. He told us he would have an estimate for us in 2 weeks and we never heard back from him. We ended up using someone else. This was very disappointing because we had heard good things about this company. However, they did not come through for us.
