I am more than grateful to Michaelis for their prompt response to a very wet basement. The men we worked with are conscientious and were willing to go the extra mile on a few days when I knew they were stretched pretty thin. Whenever I texted them, I got a response soon. No question was too silly. It's overwhelming to wake up to a mess of water. Step by step, they explained the process of restoration. They will complete the final step very soon.

Our project manager was extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and communicative. Project went well. We are very pleased with results. Garage door looks great and cannot tell we had 2 individual doors rebuilt into 1 large door . Would use again for future projects.
Extremely pleased with the response and care given by the staff who came to our home to remedy a water leak. All workers were very professional and and respectful of our property. They kept us informed throughout the entire process.
Previous homeowners had new roof installed improperly, which causes some rotting to a *************** board on one side of the house. We had multiple companies out to give estimates on the repair, a couple that were dishonest about the amount of work that would need done to make the repairs. Michaelis team was prompt in responding to our issue and took time to appropriately correct situation. They explained process thoroughly to us and attempted to correct with least amount of disruption, yet finally did correct the situation. When we had another issue a few months later, they returned and fixed this without additional cost. Each day, any messes were cleaned up. I highly recommend this company.

Basement water mitigation process went very well with no complaints.However I did not like it that Michaelis was advising the new buyer on additional work (essentially competing against me) to be done costing me more money before I could close on the house.

I had an apt canceled because a supposed family emergency and I had no problem rescheduling. On the new apt they were a no show so yet another day canceled. In mold remediation time is of the essence and I understand there are emergencies that pop up but this company apparently doesnt respect others time as I have wasted yet 2 days now waiting on arrivals of a tech.
