We had several settlement and water seepage problems in our circa 1900 basement. Michaelis came out and inspected the property and came up with great solutions to solve the issues.Their team came out and implemented these solutions. They did an excellent job with the remedy and repair of the complex situation. We are a couple of weeks out now and the repairs seem to have solved all the issues we were having.This is a great team to work with!

Ive used Michaelis twice. Once for water damage and repair and recently for some remodeling. They listen to my concerns and work with me. Theyre careful and considerate and both times finished earlier than their estimate. I highly recommend this business.

I had an apt canceled because a supposed family emergency and I had no problem rescheduling. On the new apt they were a no show so yet another day canceled. In mold remediation time is of the essence and I understand there are emergencies that pop up but this company apparently doesnt respect others time as I have wasted yet 2 days now waiting on arrivals of a tech. This also caused delays in hiring of another company. I then tried to call and let management know my situation and now it appears all phone numbers were disconn... read more
