They took my deposit to do interior construction 4 months ago and never came back to do the job and never returned the deposit. I have since found out they were doing other jobs and ignoring mine. One of the neighbors on one their jobs, said they were rude, threw roofing shingles on their fence from the house they working on and damaged it their fence.= I found out later from another contractor Michaelis will routinely give one price and later come back and try to increase it after contract signed. The customer signed a contract with ********************** for interior renovations. The contracted scope needed to be changed due to some unforeseen circumstances upon further investigation. We did our best to make the customer happy and complete the contracted work, but were unable to do so. We have issued a full refund to the customer.
Michaelis started off doing a good job but near the end of the job they was doing bad work and was not showing up when they said they would. I am now finishing the work they started They rigged a piece of wood and drywall for the ceramic tile in the shower and chalk instead of grout.
