It was a pleasure to get my vehicle serviced here. They keep you updated and are so friendly. They got me out of there before the time promised.
At the end of December I encountered several issues with my Santa Fe. It does have over 200,000 miles on it. Evansville Hyundai went above and beyond to help me get it running and keep it reliable. I would like to thank Chad, Lindsey, and Jakob for taking care of me. They never hesitated to talk to me and figure out a solution.

Im happy and relieved to say the service department is trying to turn things around. I was politely consulted on car issues and service techs seem to have reliably resolved my concerns. I appreciated the time Greg took to actually show me the underside of my car where any doubts were dismissed. Thank you overall for the increased efforts. There is still need to receive customer service requests on a more timely basis.
