Very Bad Customer Service. We were ordering a pizza online for delivery to my brother who lives in Indy for his BIRTHDAY. First, I called to ask the manager that since "I am ordering remotely my brother won't have the credit card to show. Just deliver it, he'll sign for it. Is that OK?" They said fine, so I placed the order. 30 minutes later, when the pizza delivery person gets there, my brother calls me and says they won't deliver the pizza unless I give the entire details of my credit card online to this delivery person.
