When you make a mistake, just take the L and move on. We picked up two pizzas one was made correctly and the other was not. We called the store and an employee (who was way more professional than the manager) puts us on hold to talk to a manager by the name of Jacob Varsalona who decided to take accountability for a pizza he did not make, make up a story telling us "I remember personally making your pizza myself and it was correct" while we are looking at the incorrect pizza in question but also states "we already have your ... read more

They might as well just tear the place down, if I had to guess there's one person working there and it's two toddlers in a trench coat . We put in an order, waited an hour, called the store and sat on hold for fifteen minutes before jut accepting that we were not getting this pizza. The least they could have done is answer told us to fuck off. Customer service line is no help and still unsure how to get refund. If I owned this store I would be so embarrassed I'd sell, grow a beard and move far far away.

Dear Dominos: Every time you send me a free pizza coupon because of the long wait, it never, never, never, never works. I have ordered a gluten-free cheese pizza from dominos for my Autistic son who is gluten free, at least once a week for the last 5 years. And your claim of a free coupon has always been an empty promise. --No Free Pizza in Fishers

My order said it was ready and there are 10 people inside working but they are making me wait 30 minutes in the drive through instead of just handing me my order through the front door. Also they did not update the website to tell me that it was ready.

So I got in late to my hotel and wanted to grab something to eat so I order a pizza from this Domino's at 2335 when they're supposed to be open until midnight. 2 minutes after I order I get a call saying they don't have any drivers. Uh, ok cancel my order I guess. Lame....

They need a whole new staff. You guys completely forgot about my order for delivery & never came. never got a refund. never got an update. never got my food. Don't place your order at this domino's.

At around 5 one night, I placed an order for my girlfriend and I's dinner on my mobile app. After confirming the order, my app appeared to not be working. No big deal I thought, I'll get a text when they are 2 minutes out. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes (living only 10 away) I decided to give them a call to check the status of my order. I've always loved the food here, but this particular location's service is not good once so ever. I'm disappointed by their customer service. Not only was I on hold for 10 minutes trying to get a hold of them, but the tracker on my app was not updating. I would choose a different location, even if that means driving further out. Terrible service. Apparently 5 pizzas constitute a "large order" and would take 2 hours on a pickup order. Cancelled. Just go somewhere else. Not worth dealing with that sort of negativity. Donatos quoted and upheld their 30 minute time given.
