Very slow service and takes forever for delivery. It seems like they have stopped caring about the customers
We placed an online order for delivery. After 25 minutes, I received a call saying that they were too busy to complete my order and it would be cancelled. The online tracker showed that an employee was making the pizza. If they are unable to complete orders they should shut down the online ordering or call immediately.
Crazy slow and disorganized. Ordered at 5pm, delivery estimate 6pm. At 630 they cannot find my order. Then they say it was already delivered. Then say it's on the way. Then say it's ready and going out for delivery now. At 710 they say it's still on the way and if we don't get it in the next 30 minutes to call back. We live four blocks from this location.
Extremely unhappy with my service today. I order delivery to my work. The driver arrives and calls me.. says he is in the lobby. I take inbound phone calls and cannot put someone on hold to go grab it from the driver. 8 minutes from the time he called until the time I get downstairs and he is no where to be found. There are 2 security people at the desk and both say a delivery driver never came in. I called repeatedly to the number that contacted me... no answer. I don't know why I bother calling this place! Today at LUNCH I tried to orders pizzas for my mechanics and you're not currently taking orders is what I'm told!!! Seriously at lunch on a Friday... the last time you weren't delivering at that moment. I might call once a quarter and it's always ridiculous!! The worst!
They forgot to put on green peppers until after they cooked it. So they put raw green peppers on top and delivered it that way. Raw food on pizza is actually not a good taste at all. Considering the pizza options in downtown, this one is easily at bottom on my list.
They straight up lie about their hours of operation and this is the second time IN A ROW that they have used "sorry we don't have a driver" as an excuse to not offer services when they are clearly still open as noted by their CORPORATE website. It's cool. I'll call Pizza Hut or someone who actually wants my business. This is such bullsit. The first time I glossed over... but TWICE!!!! You just clearly don't give an effff about the people that buy from you. Thanks for making me feel like a valued customer Domino's. Truly.
Not pleased tonight. Placed pick up order online. Said ready in 10-15 minutes. Gave it a solid 20. Showed up, we don't have an order for You. Um wait, oh yeah we do, paid and now waiting the 10-15 minutes for it to be cooked. What the heck guys???
Ordered into Hyatt at 1 S Capital Ave in DT Indy. Worst pizza ever. Order was obviously rushed and delivery guy wanted his money and didn't want me to check pizza. Now I know why. Worst pizza ever. Salt bomb. Never ever again. Order anything but this
