Just how dumb do I look? Wait. Don't answer that, but also, you don't want to order a pizza from this hare-brained location. I placed my order online for a 6 p.m. pickup. When I arrived at 6, I was told there was no order for me. I went home (hungry) and found my order. I called the store to be told my order was for 6:15 and it was obviously in the oven when I called for it. My order was clearly for 6 and I don't believe their computer system changed it just to inconvenience me. C'mon guys. Try a little harder!

So dumpster fire of a location, get your act together guys, I know it's Covid 19 times but I made my order at 832 and the pizza did not arrive until 1022, and it was cold, I watched the progress of the pizza on the app and it was ready at 853, the driver didn't leave the store until 936, and I opted to give 20% tip to help out the guy since it's a rough gig delivering food right now! I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery today for dinner. This is how one of the 3 pizzas arrived. A piece was missing from the pepperoni pizza.

Ordered a pizza, chicken bites and a couple two liters online from the downtown Indy location at 7pm. Online tracker didn't work and when the food finally arrived at 8:30 the food was cold and the chicken things were horrible. One of the two liters was warm. Never again ordering Domino's.

My company ordered through this location every Wednesday for 5-10 pizzas depending on the evening. Initially, things were great and I had no issues. The service was accurate, efficient, and everything I expect from an establishment. I'm not sure if there was recently a change in management or a restructure of policies or what the issue might be, but in the last month, I've had nothing but problems. Horrible customer service, pizza either takes an hour and a half to arrive or doesn't arrive at all. Pizza always cold when arrives. This is the biggest let down of a dominos in the state of Indiana. Maximum disappoint. HQ needs to revamp and restaff this location. They get orders wrong and forget sauces on the side as well. Look elsewhere!

Words cannot begin to describe the betrayal that I feel concerning this establishment. To paint the picture, let's begin 24 hours prior. So... I've now sent 3-4 emails, called the store, spoken with two different employees on facebook manager, and just had the run around the whole time. I ordered delivery once and ordered 2 drinks, with 4 sauces with my order. Not only did I not get my drinks, or my sauces, but my pizza was wrong. Quoted 15 minutes for pickup and now at an hour waiting on my car to pick up. I've worked at a pizza place before and know it takes 8 minutes to run a pizza through the oven...60 minutes after a 15 minute quote is just bad management.
