I have no idea if the food was good or not but there is a delivery man there that worked evenings on Jan 7 that deserves recognition. I ordered some food to be delivered to someone at Riley who hadn't eaten because of the storm and the cafeteria being closed/lack of money. I didn't know this person or their phone number (just a name and room number) and Riley has a policy about deliveries. This delivery person went out of their way to help get food delivered in sub zero temps and I couldn't appreciate Domino's more than I do... read more

The new cheesy bread? "It's so cheesy I'm going to die!" It's SO CHEESY! I just tired their cheesy bread and it lives up to the commercials. I'm a sucker for Domino's for a few reasons. One, it's pizza. MJ loves pizza. Two, MJ is a graduate student at the Purdue School of Engineering. He is studying process engineering and TQM. Well Dominos uses continuous improvement. Ok, hard no on this location. First of all, placed a carry out order that said it was "started prepping" at 9:33. Went in at 9:53, assuming it would it be ready soon, to find out it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. As I'm sitting there waiting for my pizza to be made, I watch the guy man handling my pizza dough answering phone calls and completing register transactions- without gloves on. If I could give this Domino's a zero, I would. I am visiting from out of state for a work trip for the Indy 500. I called earlier in the week after a very bad experience at Papa Johns and was told they bring the delivery to hotel room, as I have a bad knee. This was important to me. They do not deliver it to the door. Shawn also did not give me my receipt, called me an asshole after I went to pick it up in the lobby. He also dropped my food instead of handing it to me. Waited over an hour then called me to only offer a refund on a two pizzas. Never answered the phone, online app said 20-27 minutes and never started order. This has happened multiple times at this location. Dominos AI customer service sucks as well.

An hour wait for this. Have had issues with my last 3 orders now, took a few months off of dominos and this is what I get for coming back after they had messed up a $90 order previously and didn't help me out and now there's no online resolutions at least for this location.

horrible customer service ! they messed up on our order and claimed they put a credit in, but when it was time to use it, the credit was no where to be found... the man on the phone was very rude and the manager act like she couldn't come to the phone. 0/10 don' recommend.
